Kara Hughes
Michele Bildner, MPH, MCHES, will serve as the Immediate Past President and Chapter Delegate for SOPHE Midwest in 2022. Michele will attend Board of Trustee meetings in her role as Speaker-Elect in the SOPHE House of Delegates as well. She enters into the BOT role on the heels of SOPHE Midwest outgoing Chapter Delegate, HOD Speaker, and SOPHE Midwest founding member, Molly Brown, PhD, MPH.
In her role as a Delegate Trustee, she will convene the Region II SOPHE Chapters: Arkansas, Delta, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Midwest, National Capital, and North Carolina.
SOPHE chapters address local and timely topics by:
Delivering continuing education activities
Advocating for public policies
Building partnerships with other organizations
Providing professional development in disease prevention and health promotion
